So, tomorrow I’m starting my diet. I’m not allowed (or should I say, ‘recommended’) to eat the following:
- Refined grains
- Cereals
- Pasta
- Rice
- Noodles
- Bread
- Pastries
- Biscuits
- Potato
- Chocolate
- Lollies
- Ice cream
- Fruit juice
- Full fat cheese
- Burgers
- Hot chips
- Pizza
In other words, everything I have ever eaten in the history of ever, with the exception of meat and vegetables (that aren’t potato).
Challenge accepted.

I just hope the results will be worth it…
